We are always accepting new patients from Rushall, Shelfield and Pelsall areas. To register with the surgery please use the visit the New Patients Page below. Alternatively please attend the surgery and complete a registration form. If you have a pre existing medical condition we advise patients to book in for a New Patient Health Check. This is to help us get to know yourself and your past medical history.

Please note: once registered it can take some time for your medical notes to be sent to us from your old surgery, so we may not be able to complete certain tasks for you until we have this.
